About Me

I’m an editor, writer and counsellor-in-training specialising in health, nutrition, mental health and neurodiversity. My work combines evidence-based journalism with a therapeutic perspective, helping audiences and organisations make sense of complex health issues in a clear, compassionate and practical way.

I’ve held senior editorial roles including Health Editor of The Telegraph, Food Editor of The Sunday Times and Editor of Elle. I’m currently also Acting Health Editor at Full Fact, the UK’s independent fact-checking charity, where I ensure accuracy in public health reporting and policy.

Alongside journalism, I support organisations with thought leadership and content strategy across articles, social media, newsletters and video. My specialist expertise in nutrition, neurodiversity and health policy allows me to bring fresh insight and depth to conversations around wellbeing, behaviour change and the future of healthcare.
